  I FINALLY FOUND REAL VIRGIN RUSSIAN HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!! I have to say that previously I have had many dissapointing experiences with hair extensions which made me do some research on what is the best quality hair extensions that look real and last without shedding out which lead me to find eye of envy. awesome information on her website www.eyeofenvy.com on what real virgin russian hair is and most importantly how to identify fake russian hair in which I had my fair share of in the last few years from many other hair extension business s. So I sent them an email and got a quick response to call for a consultation. Eye of envy happily stayed on the phone to me for an hour to answer all my questions (i had a lot to ask after being ripped off so many times in the past with bad hair) and reassure my bad experiences prior would not happen with there virgin russian hair. I agreed and ordered 3 virgin russian hand tied wefts in 22" straight texture in virgin medium brown and booked my appointment to get installed the following week which was today. (The wefts take a week to get made custom) My total price was $3,930 which included the hair which weighed 150 grams for the length that I choose and it was double drawn. It included getting the hair installed, coloured to match my hair, cut and she curled it as well. when I first saw the hair today I was lost for words! Never have I seen real virgin russian hair. her adds and information were spot on in describing this hair, it really is like silk. The method she used was called micro horizontal and I have to say it is really comfortable, she also guarantees no damage. Over all today my experience with eye of envy was fantastic, my hair is flawless and so natural looking. I have run my hand through my extensions so many times tonight and not one hair has shedded out! Eye of envy guaranteed that my new hair would last years and wont shed at all. This is the only hair extension business that has given me hair extensions that is honest to its description.   My experience of Sarah Platt-Hepworth was not a happy one. I went to have a follow up hearing test - I have mild to moderate hearing loss , suspected I had lost more hearing, almost two years since my last one - and to inquire about hearing aids. I had decided that quality of life now was as important as waiting until the hearing loss progressed. I found her impatient, unable to listen to me, , AND rushing to tell me what I did and didnt need before actually asking about my circumstances, and hearing needs. I even had to introduce myself, AND ask her to adjust the chair so that I could sit comfortably without my feet dangling. I had to prod her to get information about the different range of hearing aids and what would work best for me. Quick to pronounce and to make snap judgements without actually treating one as a person. I think she saw me as old - I am almost 73 - and therefore stereotyped me. I guess this must happen a lot once one retires, and has the beginnings of an age related disability.

  This is what the MD had to say when they lost my nieces 18th birthday present and refused to replace or refund it:"I think you agree you have to bear some responsibility for delivery to the wrong address as that was your mistake. Im confident the driver did the right thing in accordance with instructions carried out by him routinely on a daily basis. There was nobody home at the time of delivery and he judged it was safe to leave the parcel. I wasnt there, you werent there; we have to respect his judgement as a professional who is familiar with the neighbourhoods on his daily run.
